Q: How do I pay for my Photogram?
A: PhotogramsOnline uses PayPal to handle all payments.
Q: When will I receive my PayPal bill?
A: PayPal will send you an invoice to your e-mail address shortly
after you submit your order(s). Simply pay PayPal with a
credit card or your PayPal account
electronically and PhotogramsOnline will process your order.
Q: Why does Photograms use PayPal? Why can't we pay on your website?
A: Photograms wants to ensure that payments are secure. PayPal provides a service that is easy to use and promises to provide their costumers with safe and secure payments. In the future, Photograms will be accept payments online. However, we will not do so until we are able to promise the same level of security.
Q: When will my Photogram be designed?
A: Photograms feels very strongly about getting your orders
completed promptly, therefore, our team will begin designing your
Photogram directly after receiving your payment via PayPal.
Q: Can I see my Photogram design before I pay?
A: Photograms Online would be happy to send you a copy of your completed Photogram. However, the Photogram's quality and size will be decreased so it can be sent easily via e-mail.
Q: Can I speak to a representative
at Photograms Online?
A: As of now, Photograms does not take calls over the phone.
